Job Description
To play a pivotal role in the daily management and monitoring of the Trading Platforms, with a particular focus on FTX (Futures, Options, and Over-the-Counter) instruments.
Encompass a range of tasks aimed at ensuring optimal system performance, assisting clients with their trading inquiries, and supporting the Head of Dealing and CEO in various capacities within the FTX and OTC market space.
Perform routine monitoring tasks to ascertain system performance and optimize system parameters when needed, especially for FTX trading.
Review client accounts upon requests related to FTX trading activity and platform performance, providing timely and effective resolutions.
Execute FTX client orders accurately and assist clients with their FTX trading inquiries.
Monitor exposure due to FTX and OTC trading activity and provide relevant reports as required.
Follow the company's internal operations manual, as well as applicable laws and directives within the FTX and OTC market context.
Stay up-to-date with market information in the FTX and OTC domains and prepare market reports to inform decision-making.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Head of Dealing and/or the CEO within the FTX and OTC market segments.
The Successful Applicant
Degree Holder in Finance, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
MAS qualification is required.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role with a specialization in FTX and OTC markets.
Extensive experience in FTX (Futures, Options, and Over-the-counter) trading, as well as hedging, is essential.
Good knowledge of the regulatory regime for financial markets and investment firms within the FTX and OTC space.
A proven understanding of the financial and capital markets, especially in FTX and OTC contexts, is a significant advantage.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Computer literacy and the ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously.
