Our client is a leading software development company in iGaming industry providing full turn-key solutions for game developers worldwide. Successful candidate will belong to a large game engineering community of practice reporting to a Technical Lead.
Job Description
Collaborate with our current Front-end Architect lead to design and implement the frontend architecture, ensuring consistency, scalability, and maintainability across multiple codebases.
Create a solid foundation of reusable components and patterns, serving as the main point of contact for architectural decisions that impact common frontend assets.
Work closely with frontend teams across various locations, offering technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and providing architectural support. Mentor and upskill team members on best practices and emerging technologies.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies. Conduct R&D to evaluate the feasibility and potential benefits of incorporating new tools, libraries, and practices into our frontend development workflows.
Use your extensive knowledge of Redux, TypeScript and Redux-Saga and managing large JavaScript codebases to provide insightful recommendations, optimizations, and troubleshooting support.
Collabroate with stakesholders to define the technical strategy for frontend development, considering performance, maintainability, and scalability.
Effectively communicate complex technical concepts and architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering a shared understanding of frontend initiatives.
Leverage your experience with monorepo setups to promote code-sharing and efficient collaboration across teams.
The Successful Applicant
A Bachelor’s of Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred
At least 5 years of experience working as a Front-end Architect or in a similar role, with a proven track record of architecting and guiding frontend solutions across multiple projects.
Expertise in React, Redux, TypeScript, and designing frontend architectures for large codebases.
Monorepo experience will be good to have.
Strong leadership and mentorship skills with the ability to collaborate across teams, locations, and influence technical direction.
Proven ability to identify complex problems, design elegant solutions, and guide teams in implementation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences.
A proactive approach to adopting emerging technologies and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
