Our partner is a family office manages value-oriented and event-driven strategies in global capital markets with a focus on Europe.

Develop scientific development plans, supervise and guide team members to efficiently complete tasks while ensuring quality, and be responsible for the design, refactoring, and optimization of the enterprise business platform. Lead or participate in tackling technical challenges.
Responsible for the design and evaluation of the company’s system technical solutions, leading the development team to implement and solve technical problems.
Manage the development team, establish development standards, write relevant technical documentation, and be responsible for internal technical sharing and knowledge transfer to improve the overall technical level of the team.
Responsible for system decomposition, determining system architecture, and conducting technical selection and evaluation.
Develop technical specifications, coordinate and organize developers, and write technical specification documents.
Guide team developers to solve technical problems encountered during development, resolve key architectural issues and technical challenges in projects, and lead the team to overcome and research key technical difficulties in projects.

Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or related fields, with more than 5 years of relevant work experience.
Familiar with development frameworks such as SpringBoot, SpringCloud, and MyBatis.
Familiar with JAVA design patterns, experienced in modular framework design, and annotation development.
Proficient in using common storage systems like MySQL, Redis, and ElasticSearch, and the Linux operating system.
Skilled in MySQL database development, proficient in writing SQL statements, and familiar with various SQL performance optimization methods.
Experience in SAAS platform development is preferred.
Possess certain team management and project management capabilities.
